An authentic Marseille pastis, PASTAGA is the result of a meticulous blending process that combines distillates from some forty plants and spices, verbena infusion, licorice essence, anethole, water, and sugar (50 g/L).
Its uniqueness lies in the inclusion of a verbena infusion, which adds freshness and a lingering finish, and in the measured use of licorice to preserve the aromatic harmony.
